Space Maintainers
Space maintainers are dental devices used when a child loses a primary (baby) tooth prematurely. They hold the space open for the permanent tooth to erupt correctly. Without a space maintainer, adjacent teeth can shift, causing crowding or bite issues. Space maintainers are custom-made for comfort and effectiveness, helping your child’s smile develop properly and reducing the need for more complex orthodontic treatment later.
