Tooth Extraction
Safe Removal for Problem Teeth
Tooth extraction includes simple tooth extraction, surgical tooth extraction, and wisdom tooth extraction.
What is Tooth Extraction?
Tooth extraction is often necessary when a tooth cannot be saved through other methods. There are three main types of extractions:
Simple Tooth Extraction: This is for teeth that are fully visible and easily accessible. The dentist gently loosens and removes the tooth without needing to cut the gum or bone.
Surgical Tooth Extraction: This is needed for impacted teeth, such as those that are broken or located beneath the gum line. This type of extraction is more complex and requires careful planning.
Wisdom Tooth Extraction: A specific surgical extraction performed for wisdom teeth, which are often impacted or cause crowding, pain, or infection.
At Smile Avenue Dental Group, we have over 20 years of clinical dental experience, specializing in safe and comfortable tooth extractions. Our team ensures a pain-free and efficient recovery, using the latest dental technology to provide personalized care that ensures long-term results.
